Shri Om Darbar Nandachaur Dham stands as a living testament to an unbroken spiritual lineage that stretches back over six decades. Nestled in the pristine Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand, this sacred ground was consecrated in 1962 under the divine guidance of the founding saints who envisioned a place where devotion, selfless service, and inner transformation could flourish without the barriers of caste, creed, or social standing.
The Darbar was established during a period of profound spiritual awakening in the region. The founding Bapu Ji walked these hills carrying nothing but unwavering faith and a singular mission — to create a sanctuary where the eternal truths of the Sanatan Dharma could be practised in their purest form. What began as a modest gathering beneath a Peepal tree grew, through decades of Tyag and Tapasya, into the revered institution that stands today.
Every brick of this Darbar was laid through Nishkaam Sewa — selfless service offered without expectation of reward. The local communities, inspired by the radiant example of the Gaddinasheen lineage, contributed their labour, resources, and devotion. This tradition of collective Sewa continues to define the spirit of Nandachaur Dham.
The Darbar serves as a centre for daily Hawan, Paath, and Kirtan. The sacred fire has not been extinguished since the day of consecration. Devotees from across Uttarakhand, Delhi, Punjab, and beyond make pilgrimages here, drawn by the Darbar's reputation for spiritual healing, community welfare, and the deeply personal guidance offered by its caretakers.
As part of the wider Shri Om Darbar family of 25 sacred sites, Nandachaur Dham represents the Kumaon anchor of a spiritual network that spans North India. Its annual Mahotsav draws thousands, reinforcing the bonds of faith that connect these communities across state and district lines.
